CbD delivers within Australia.
Postage for our Cu Trays and Relaxed Barbs are a flat $25 per item using Express Post.
Freight for commissioned items will vary depending on size and weight.
All of our products are checked for faults before leaving our care.
We do not accept responsibility for damage in transit but if there is a fault with your product please contact us and we will try our best to get it sorted.
Please note - we do not accept any responsibility for delays or loss in transit. Items will be posted in seven business days or orders being placed for stocked items. The lead times will vary for commissioned pieces and will be confirmed during the quoting process.

This limited warranty applies to physical goods, and only the physical goods, purchased from us.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers only defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
During the warranty period, CbD will repair or replace, at no charge, product or parts of products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What we do to correct the problems?
CbD will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does this coverage last?
The warranty period of Physical Good purchased from CbD is 12 months from the date of purchase.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
